CANON : druig is an eternal who was sent to earth over 7,000 years ago , carrying the challenge to help humanity to advance . over time , however , he becomes withdrawn from the other eternals as he disagrees with how they've interacted with mankind over the centuries - leading from his departure from the others . upon such , druig spends the following five centuries isolated in the amazon forest : within a village built and protected throughout the years . it all changes in the wake of tiamut's threat , when the other eternals lastly reach for druig with a plea for help .
